Do NOT go for the Roulette room unless you’re looking to stay with families. The lack of a true dance floor in the nightclub lounge takes the energy down a notch, and the noise from other guests at the pool can make it a challenge to relax. A significant inconvenience was the air conditioning leaks, resulting in 3am disruptions. The food options were often hit or miss, particularly room service, leading to frustration when seeking a decent meal. This may be more than a casual annoyance for those expecting a more cohesive dining experience.

The spacious room had a massive hot tub in the garden, contributing to a relaxing stay. The swim-up bar and pool parties were vibrant and enjoyable, while the food, especially the fried fish, was superb. However, the service was occasionally hit-or-miss, with a few staff members seeming overwhelmed. The location felt a bit uninviting, and the nightlife layout was peculiar, which detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Outstanding service, amazing room, delicious food.

Chill vibes and great food

We had a lovely 7-night stay in a Junior Suite with a garden view. The food was on point! We loved the buffet and the bar by the pool had a good drink selection. Just wish the free restaurants weren't always booked, felt like a rip-off. But the staff were super awesome and really made it special!

This resort is perfect for me. The amenities like the outdoor pool, gym, and beach access. The staff helped me find parking on my first visit, and Renau's really good service at La Palapa was nice. I always come back for a romantic escape.

The luxurious surroundings were absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and thoughtful design. The accessible pathways made it easy for me to navigate the resort without any hassle, making my stay incredibly enjoyable and comfortable.

More shaded areas by the pool would be lovely.

Positive, The Reserve Master Suite Nature View was spacious and clean. Staff provided really good service, ensuring all our needs were met. Dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes available. The pool area was vibrant and well-maintained. Enjoyed the beautiful beach aesthetics. 🌊

One downside was the cold pool, as only the Royal Service pool is heated. Would absolutely come back!
